Returns, Cancellations and Refunds If you decide to return your purchase, please notify us within 7 days of receipt and return it to us unused with the orginial packaging and labels for a replacement or refund. Please return by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or obtain a proof of posting certificate.

If you would like to exchange an item, the replacement will not be despatched until the original item has been received by us.

International customers please contact us to arrange a return or refund.

We regret that refunds and replacements cannot be given for specially commissioned goods or non-standard sized items, unless in the unlikely event that the item(s) are found to be faulty.

All refunds will be given within 30 days of cancellation or return, taking into account the original method of payment.
Receipts and Billing You will receive a confirmation email of your order, when it is submitted stating the total amount payable, including delivery charges. You will receive a receipt of purchase with the goods when they are delivered.
Shipping And Handling

Most items will be despatched within 5 working days although custom made items may take longer so please allow up to 21 days for delivery. If you require goods more urgently please contact us, and we will endeavour to meet your requirements.

UK Delivery
Orders upto £50.00 GBP will be despatched by standard first class post. Postage & packing will be charged at £2.95 GBP per order.

Orders over £50.00 GBP will be despatched by Recorded Delivery and will require a signature. Postage & packing will be charged at £3.95GBP per order.

European Delivery
Orders upto £50.00 GBP will be despatched by standard Airmail. Postage & packing will be chargedat £3.95 GBP per order.

Orders over £50.00 GBP will be despatched by Air Sure . Postage & packing will be charged at £6.50 GBP per order.

Rest of World Delivery
Orders upto £50.00 GBP will be despatched by standard Airmail. Postage & packing will be charged at £19.95 GBP per order.

Orders over £50.00 GBP will be despatched by Air Sure . Postage & packing will be charged at £26.95 GBP per order.


Complaints and Faulty Goods We will provide the option of a full refund or replacement of goods within a reasonable time, if the goods turn out to be faulty or different from those the customer ordered. We will give all refunds as soon as possible, at the latest within 30 days of agreeing to give a refund, taking into account the original method of payment.

Complaints will be dealt with fairly, confidentially and speedily.
Customer Support and Service Please contact us for advice or assistance with any queries, by telephone on +44(0)1981 500540, Monday to Saturday from 9.00am to 6.00pm. Calls are charged at normal rate.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, payment is made directly with the HSBC Secure e-Payments server. Credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption and are not downloaded to our computers our. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Privacy Policy 'Emma S. Baker-Jones' do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
